Governance structure
EURAM is a non-profit, member-based organisation dedicated to the advancement of engaged scholarship and reflective management practice.
The Assembly holds all powers to allow the realisation of EURAM’s objectives as specified in its Statutes.
The Assembly meets at the annual conference.
